摘要
目前在城市电网中很难满足大部分110 kV变电站双电源进线的要求。为此针对某城市电网就本站备自投方案和远方备自投方案进行了分析,包括运行方式、通信方式以及其与继电保护装置的配合,并且从功能、技术和负荷损失等方面对两种方案进行了综合比较,得出远方备自投方案相对较优的结论。进而分析了远方备自投应用中存在的元件参数越限、备用电源无效配置和远方自投安全性不足等问题,并对其解决办法进行了探讨。
At present, the requirement of most 110 kV substations owning double power sources can not be met in city grid. This paper analyses the plan of local automatic bus transfer equipment and remote automatic bus transfer equipment (RABTE), including the operation mode, communication mode and its coordination with relay protection devices. Based on functions, technique and load loss, the two plans are compared comprehensively, thus coming to the conclusion that the plan of RABTE is relatively optimal And then, this paper analyses several problems in the application of RABTE , such as the out-of-limit of component parameter, ineffective configuration of backup power sources and the lack of safety for RABTE, and discusses their solutions.
