Rho激酶促进细胞凋亡作用机制的研究进展

摘要 Rho激酶(ROCK)是小G蛋白Rho的下游效应因子,可能参与了细胞凋亡从发生到被吞噬清除的整个过程。一方面,ROCK通过其丰富的底物参与内源性和外源性途径对凋亡的激活,并与胞内其他信号通路产生广泛交联;另一方面,ROCK通过调控肌动蛋白-肌球蛋白骨架重组参与细胞皱缩、胞膜出泡及崩解等一系列细胞形态的改变。本文将对ROCK促凋亡的作用机制作一综述。
