超声引导下连续股神经阻滞镇痛在全膝关节置换术中的临床观察 被引量：9

摘要 人工全膝关节置换术（TKA）是一种治疗膝关节终末期疾病的有效方法，置换后早期进行康复锻炼有利于关节功能的恢复，减少并发症的发生。在早期康复锻炼过程中，疼痛控制是医生、护士以及患者共同关注的焦点。
