摘要
飞机气动系统中的法兰盘接头在完成安装后进行气密性试验,多次在压力未达到要求时发生开裂。通过对故障件进行断口宏、微观检查,金相组织分析等,结合接头的制造尺寸及安装环境综合分析,分析确定接头开裂的原因。结果表明:故障接头装配时与法兰盘贴合不平整是致使接头开裂的直接原因,接头材质塑性较差以及管壁厚度偏薄是导致接头开裂的促进因素。
The airproof capability of flange joint of some type of aeroplane was tested after being installed, it cracked before the pressure achieved the required level and this kind of failure had happened many times. The cause of the joint cracks was analyzed synthetically by macro and micro observation of fracture surface, metallographic microstructure analysis and other ways, combined with the dimension and installation circumstance analysis of the joint. The result shows that the direct cause of cracks is that the joint is not even when it is installed clinging to the flange. Otherwise, the bad plastic quality of joint and the pipe wall is not thick enough are both the important factors of the cracks.
