摘要
本文通过对汽车式挖掘机新产品行驶性能试验中出现的钢板悬挂装置断裂的原因进行了分析 ,在三种工况下计算了钢板弹簧承受的应力 ,分析了钢板弹簧弹性、理想弹性及油气悬挂弹性特性 。
This paper analyzes the fracture cause of leaf spring suspension of truck excavator,which is a new product.The fracture appeared in the travelling test. The leaf spring stress is calculated under three working[SQ3/5]conditions. Leaf spring elasticity, ideal elasticity and elasticity of oil air suspension are analyzed.The conclusion is that the optimum suspension type is oil air suspension system.
