基于DEMATEL供应链知识共享影响因素的实证分析

Empirical Research on Influential Factors of Knowledge Sharing under DEMATEL in Supply Chain

知识在成员间的共享与交流是供应链知识管理的核心所在,国内外学者从不同角度对供应链中知识共享进行了研究,使供应链知识管理理论体系不断发展和完善。通过研究供应链知识管理过程中影响知识共享的因素,构建了供应链中知识共享影响因素指标体系,借助问卷调查的方式获得了相关数据,并运用决策试验与评价实验方法对数据进行了分析,找出了其中关键的影响因素,在此基础上提出一系列建议,以期进一步提高供应链中知识管理水平。

Knowledge sharing and exchange between members is the core of knowledge management in the supply chain. Scholars at home and abroad have studied knowledge sharing in the supply chain from different perspectives, so the theoretical system of it has been developed and improved continu- ously. In this paper, the factors that influence the knowledge sharing in the process of knowledge management in the supply chain are analyzed, and the related indicator system is built. The relevant data are obtained through questionnaires and then these data are studied by using the method of deci- sion making trial and evaluation laboratory （DEMATEL）. The key influential factors are obtained, and the corresponding advices are put forward to further enhance the level of knowledge management in the supply chain.
