摘要
针对某运动器材的碳纤维复合材料加固件进行加工过程的有限元分析。鉴于纤维复合材料属于热固性和热塑性材料,适合采用模压成型工艺。将碳纤维复合材料毛坯料进行预热软化,然后将毛坯置入模腔内合模,将模具加热固化成型。因模压时工作压力较大,且需保持一段时间,制品可能产生较大应力。对制品模压成型过程进行有限元模拟和分析,为复合材料产品设计和模具设计提供优化设计依据。考察了4种常见的铺层方式,讨论了铺层对结构强度的影响。
Finite element analysis on process of mould forming of reinforced parts in some sport e quipment made of carbon composites is made. Since composites are thermoset and thermoplastic, mould forming is adopted. Blank of carbon composite is heated and soften in advance, then put in mould cavity and the mould is damped and solidified. Due to the big forming pressure in mould, significant stresses may occur when the pressure remains for a long time. The mould forming process is simulated and analyzed by finite element method. Design references for composite prod ucts and their moulds are obtained. Four plyup laminates are calculated and the effects on struc tural strength are discussed.
