摘要
为了探索更为经济、高效的加固方法,以某高层住宅楼楼板事故的加固处理为例,介绍了该高层住宅楼楼板事故的基本情况;对事故产生的原因进行了分析与确定,对提出的多个加固方案进行了对比分析;最终确定采用横向张拉预应力钢筋的方法进行加固,并对所选方案的设计要点和工艺特点进行了阐述;该方法有效地解决了该工程加固所面临的问题,其加固方案的确定及相关经验值得广大工程技术人员借鉴。
In order to find more economic and efficient methods of reinforcement, we took the re inforcement of a highrise residential building floor as an example to analyze the causes for the floor accidents of the residential building. On such a basis, we compared and analyzed the four proposed reinforcement schemes. Finally we determined to use the horizontal tensioning method for the prestressed reinforcement with elaborations made on the design keys and technological characteristics of the scheme. The method is effective in solving the problems faced by this rein forcement, and the proposed schemes and related experience are enlightening for engineering and technical personnel.
