胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风的临床观察

Clinical efficacy of thymosin injection on patients with vitiligo

目的探讨胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院收治的112例白癜风患者的临床资料,其中对照组54例采用常规治疗,观察组58例采用常规治疗联合胸腺肽注射液进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为69.23%,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.735,P<0.05),且观察组色素积分明显高于对照组(t=-5.445,P<0.05),两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论胸腺肽注射液治疗白癜风,可明显改善患者的色素脱失症状,且安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of thymosin injection therapy for patients with vifiligo. Methods 112 patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups, including the control group of 54 pa-tients with conventional therapy and the observation group of 58 patients treated with conventional therapy combined with thymosin injection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total ef- fective rate of observation group was 69. 23 % , significantly higher than that of control group （X^2 = 8. 735, P 〈 0.05 ）, and pigment integral was significantly higher than that of the control group （ t =-5. 445, P 〈 0. 05 ）, the two groups showed no significant drug toxicity. Conclusion Thymosin injection treatment for vitiligo can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms. It is safe and reliable.
