摘要 介绍了金属间化合物Ti5Si3的制备技术及研究现状,并从改善其室温脆性和断裂韧度等方面简述了改善Ti5Si3性能的途径。 The preparation methods and recent research situation of synthesized technology on the intermetallic compound Ti5Si3 were mainly introduced. Meanwhile, the methods for improving Ti5Si3 performance were summarized.
