摘要
通过对3 GPa压力处理前后7075铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀速率和电化学参数的测试,结合金相组织的观察,探讨了3 GPa压力处理对7075铝合金耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:3 GPa压力处理能使该合金的腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀速率减小,耐腐蚀性提高。
The corrosion rate and electrochemical data of 7075 alloy before and after 3 GPa pressure treatment in 3.5%NaC1 solution were measured, and the microstructure was observed. Based on the results, the effects of 3 GPa pressure treatment on the corrosion resistance of the AI alloy was investigated. The results show that 3 GPa pressure treatment can make the corrosion potential move positively, while the corrosion rate reduces, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy improves.
