1050工业纯铝表面氮化层组织及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用等离子体渗氮技术,在1050工业纯铝表面形成氮化铝改性层,考察了氮化层成分分布、相结构及表面形貌。利用往复磨损试验机研究了氮化层的滑动干摩擦学性能,并与基材进行对比。结果表明,氮化层由AlN和Al组成,干摩擦条件下,氮化层能够明显降低1050铝表面的摩擦系数并提高其耐磨性。 The nitrided layer was formed on the surface of 1050 Al alloy by plasma nitriding. The surface composition, phase structure and morphology of the nitrided alloy were characterized. Dry sliding properties of the nitride layer was in vestigated by reciprocating sliding wear test. The results indicate that the nitrided layer is mainly composed of AlN and Al. The friction coefficient of the nitrided layer is significantly lower than the substrate, and the wear resistance of the alloy increases.
