表面化学处理对钛镍合金耐碱液腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用均匀腐蚀试验和电化学腐蚀试验方法,对未处理以及经过双辉等离子低温渗铬和等离子氮化两种表面化学处理的钛镍合金在6 mol/L的KOH碱性溶液中的质量损失率、开路电位和塔菲尔曲线进行了测试。结果表明,离子氮化处理和双辉等离子低温渗铬这两种表面化学处理均能使钛镍合金在6 mol/L的KOH碱性溶液中的质量损失率降低、腐蚀电位正移,耐碱液腐蚀能力得到改善;且双辉等离子低温渗铬的改善效果更明显。 The mass loss rate, open circuit potential and Tafel curve of three kinds of TiNi alloys, which were untreated, double glow plasma low temperature chromed, and plasma nitrided, in KOH solution at 6mol/L were measured by immersion corrosion and electrochemical corrosion test. The results show that plasma nitriding and double glow plasma low temperature chroming can reduce the mass loss rate of TiNi alloy in alkaline solution, change the corrosion potential of TiNi alloy to positive direction, and improve the alkali corrosion resistance of TiNi alloy. Furthermore, the improvement effect of double glow plasma low temperature chroming is more significant.
