摘要
45钢小模数齿轮液体氮化+超音频加热淬火复合处理层中,含有1.13%的残余奥氏体,有利于阻止齿轮表面淬火时产生裂纹。而且含氮马氏体具有较高的强韧性、较高的残余压应力、较高的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐疲劳性、较好的回火稳定性及自润滑性能,并有较理想的硬度梯度分布,强韧性配合较好。
The microstructure of 45 steel small module gear after liquid nitrogen-super audio quenching composite process contains 1.13% of residual austenite, which is beneficial to prevent gear surface fxom quenching crack. And nitrogen martensite has high tenacity, high residual compressive stress, high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, good tempering stability and self lubricating performance, and it has the ideal hardness gradient distribution, and better strong toughness fit.
