肝细胞结节性病变的病理诊断进展 被引量：1

摘要 2009年肝细胞肿瘤国际共识[1]将慢性肝炎、肝硬化背景中出现的肝细胞增生性结节分成6类：（1）巨再生结节（large regenerative nodule,LRN）;（2）异型增生病灶（dysplastic focus,DF）;（3）低级别异型增生结节（low-grade dysplastic nodule,LGDN）;（4）高级别异型增生结节（high-grade dysplastic nodule,HGDN）;（5）早期小肝细胞癌（small and early hepatocellular carcinoma,seHCC）;（6）进展期小肝细胞癌 （small and progressed hepatocellular carcinoma,spHCC）.这6种病变依次构成一个连续的谱系,其中异型增生病灶和异型增生结节是肝细胞癌的癌前病变.
