摘要
目的:应用定量CT(quantitative computerized tomography,QCT)评估前交叉韧带(anteriorcruciate ligament,ACL)损伤后膝关节骨质骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的变化,分析受伤时间、年龄及性别与BMD之间的相关性。方法:2011年4月至2011年11月,共26名ACL损伤患者入组本研究。所有患者在ACL重建术前接受QCT检查,分别在股骨内髁、股骨外髁、胫骨平台、预期ACL股骨骨道、预期ACL胫骨骨道选取8个感兴趣区,测量所选区域BMD,并与健侧相应区域进行对比。结果:上述区域除预期ACL胫骨骨道口层面外,BMD均下降且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各区域间的BMD变化率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。BMD变化率与患者受伤时间、年龄及性别无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ACL损伤后膝关节周围区域骨密度均下降,变化程度与受伤时间、年龄及性别无相关性。
Objectives To evaluate the changes in bone mineral density (BMD) anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injury, and analyze whether there is a relation of BMD c of patients with hanges to injury duration,and age and sex of the patients. Methods 26 patients with ACL injury from April 2011 to November 2011 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients received quantitative computerized tomography before ACL reconstruction surgery. Changes of BMD in eight regions of interest (ROI) ,located at medial femoral condyle,lateral femoral condyle, tibial plateau,femoral tunnel of ACL and tibial tunnel of ACL were detected and compared between injured and uninjured sides. Results There was significant BMD loss in injured side as compared with that in uninjured side (P 〈 0.05) and no significant difference among the ROIs (P 〉 0.05). There was no significant relation of BMD changes to injury duration, age, and sex of the patients (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion ACL injury produces decreased BMD around the knee, and the degree of the decrease is not correlated with injury duration, age and sex of the patients.
