基于CFD的罐式煅烧炉冷却水套的优化研究 被引量:7

Optimization of cooling water jacket of the shaft kiln based on CFD

摘要 以ANSYS fluent为计算平台,结合自编程序对罐式煅烧炉冷却水套内冷却水的流动和传热进行了三维数值模拟研究,获得了冷却水速度场和温度场,结果显示冷却水进出口温差为15℃,结果与实际较为吻合。并以此对冷却水套进行优化,结果显示优化后的冷却水进出口温差为27℃,冷却效率提高80%。 The flow and heat transfers in the cooling water jacket of shaft kiln have been 3D numerically calculated on the platform of software ANSYS fluent by compiling with user defined program, and the velocity and temperature field were obtained. The results show that the temperature difference of cooling water is 15 ℃, which is coincident with the actual value. And the cooling water jacket was optimized according to that. The results show that the temperature difference of cooling water is 27 ℃ Thus, the cooling efficiency is improved by 80%.
