摘要
对石墨电极抗氧化浸渍液性能进行介绍,结合生产实践,探索出适合的处理工艺及流程,通过对比试验进行效果验证,采用浸渍抗氧化处理吨钢电极消耗可以降低20%以上,取得良好的经济和社会效益。
The performance of the graphite electrode antioxidant impregnating solution was introduced. Combined with production practice, the appropriate process and process trial were explored, which can reduce electrode consumption per ton of steel by 20%, and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
