经皮椎体后凸成形术或椎体成形术治疗多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折

Percutaneous kyphoplasty or percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of multisegments osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)或椎体成形术(PVP)治疗多节段老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的疗效。方法对30例OVCF患者(108椎)行PKP或PVP术,于术后当天、术后24周、术后48周应用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)对患者进行疼痛评价。结果术后当天、术后24周、术后48周VAS评分均较术前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用PKP或PVP治疗多节段OVCF能有效缓解疼痛,是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical results of percutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP） or percutaneous veriebro- plasty （PVP） for treatment of multisegments osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture （OVCF） on aged patients. Methods 30 patients （ 108 vertebral） with OVCF were treated by PKP or PVP. VAS was used to evaluate the pain of the patients at 0, 24 and 48 weeks respectively after the operation. Results At 0, 24 and 48 week after opera- tion, the VAS scores decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It can reduce the pain of patients with OVCF by using PVP or PKP, which is simple, safe and efficient.
