Advisors＂ scientific research ability refers to their consciousness of problems, necessary knowledge reserves, scientific research methods and fine scientific research qualities. Advisors should focus on hot issues and interdisciplinary subjects and make their research more scientific and standard- ized. To improve their scientific research awareness and ability, they must acquire more knowledge and increase their susceptibility to prospective problems and their sense of teamwork.
