高校辅导员工作决策科学化路径探微

On Scientification of College Advisors' Decision-making

当前高校辅导员工作决策中存在着决策支持信息的内部化、信息处理简单粗糙、决策主体单一和决策程序简单化等问题。必须将信息收集与处理作为基础性路径抓实、抓好,并加强多主体决策和信息沟通反馈,及时修正调整方案,增进决策的科学性。

Supporting information being internalized, information handling being rough, decision mak- ers being unitary and the process being simplified, such are problems with college advisors＇ decision- making in their work. In order fro the decisions to be scientific, great attention should be paid to the fundamental work of information collection and processing, multi- agent decision- making should be encouraged, information communication and feedback improved and schemes and plans timely revised and adjusted.
