高职学生职业未决与性别、年级等因素的关系研究

通过"自编学生基本情况调查问卷"和"大学生职业决策因素量表"调查云南林业职业技术学院不同年级、不同专业的500名高职学生。结果表明:在校高职学生总体上处于职业未决状态;存在性别和是否担任过学生干部的差异;在年级上具有不同的特点,其中二年级是高职学生职业决策发展的关键期。

Through the ＂self-made students＇ basic situation questionnaire＂ and ＂college students＇ career decisionmaking factors scale＂, 500 higher vocational students of different grades and different majors from Yunnan Forestry Technological College have been surveyed. The results showed that the higher vocational students are generally in a careerindecision state. There are gender differences and differences that whether or not the student served as a student cadre in career indecision. Also, career indecision has different characteristics in different grades, among which 2nd grade is the critical period for development of vocational college students＇ career decision-making.
