摘要
目的建立临床毕业实习教学环节管理体系,通过规范实习教学环节,全面提高医学生临床实践能力.方法将2006级临床医学专业学生作为对照组,沿用传统的实习教学管理,将2007级、2008级临床专业实习生作为实验组,采用完善和新建立的临床实习教学环节管理.通过发放实践教学评价表、问卷调查表对2006级、2007、2008级学生在临床出科技能考试成绩、毕业实习学生自我能力评价及教师对学生综合能力评价进行分析.结果实验组学生在临床出科技能考试成绩分数上明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查发现,学生对自我临床综合能力评价显著上升(P<0.05),教师对学生临床综合能力评价显著上升(P<0.05).结论临床毕业实习教学环节的制度化、规范化管理有助于提升学生的自主学习能力、动手能力、临床思维能力综合能力,为教学医院提供了一套可供借鉴的临床毕业实习质量管理体系.
Objective To establish a standardized teaching and management system of clinical practice aim at improve the medical students' clinical practice skill. Methods Group of students Grade 06 was performed traditional teaching mode, and group of students Grade 07 and Grade 08 was performed new management system of clinical practice. The scores of clinical skill exam, self-evaluation of clinical abilities and teacher evaluation of clinical abilities were analyzed. Results The group of students Grade 07 and Grade 08 show high score of clinical skill exam compare with group of students Grade 06 (P 〈 0.05) Self-evaluation of clinical abilities are higher than group of students Grade 06 (P 〈 0.05) , and teacher evaluation of clinical abilities also have been found higher score compared with group of students Grade 06 ( P 〈 0.05) Conclusion It is helpful for teaching hospital to improve the Comprehensive capacity of medicinal students by establishing and performing a standardized teaching management system of clinical practice.
