目的提升医院合理用药。方法通过分析导致医院不合理用药的主要因素,制订相应的措施与对策。结果导致医院不合理用药的因素可以分为技术因素与非技术因素。前者指医师用药技能欠缺、药师的作用难以发挥、患者缺乏医药知识;后者指前者之外的与技术无关的因素,医师的激励机制、法律、法规不完善、医疗单位管理水平不到位。结论通过从采购源头控制品种和采购价格;整治信息化手段和完善硬件设施;加大监督力度,压制药品的激励机制;加强医师责任意识和技术培训;药师深入临床和健康教育等,净化临床用药,提高医院合理用药水平。

Objeotive To promote the rational drug use in hospital.Method Through the analysis of the main factors leading to irrational use of drugs in hospital,formulate corresponding measures and countermeasures. Results The factors of irrational use of drugs in hospital cause can be divided into technical factors and non- technical factors.The former refers to physicians,pharmacists lack of medication skills to play a role,with a lack of medical knowledge;the latter refers to factors unrelated to the outside and technology,physician ＂motivation＂,laws,and regulations is not perfect,the medical unit management is not in place.Conclusion from the source of procurement,control varieties and purchase price;regulation of the means of information and improve the hardware facilities;strengthen supervision,suppressing drug ＂interests＂;to strengthen the sense of responsibility of physicians and pharmacists product technical training;in-depth clinical and health education,purify the clinical medication,improve the level of rational use of drugs.
