摘要 范可尼贫血(Fanconi anemia,FA)是一种罕见的常染色体遗传病。FA复合体可通过FA/BRCA通路参与细胞周期调控、细胞凋亡、DNA修复等生命信号转导与调控。范可尼贫血相关基因F(Fanconi anemia complementation group F,FANCF)作为关键因子,参与FA复合体稳定、FANCD2泛素化及FA/BRCA通路生物学功能调控。研究表明,FANCF在肿瘤的发生和耐药性形成发挥重要作用。本文对该方面的相关研究进行综述。 Tumor stem cell is a new hot point in the research of tumor.Tumor stem cell marker is the window to tumor stem cell research.At present,non small cell lung cancer stem cell marker has no clear conclusion.This paper summarizes the present study of non small cell lung cancer stem cell marker,to provide reference for the further related studies.
