不同旁路材料在冠状动脉旁路移植术中应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结冠状动脉旁路移植术中常用旁路材料的临床应用效果。方法 286例行冠状动脉旁路移植术冠心病患者,术中应用左乳内动脉253根、右乳内动脉8根、桡动脉16根和大隐静脉817根,分析不同旁路材料的手术效果。结果本组死亡2例,分别死于术后低心排血量综合征和恶性心律失常;术后发生胸骨哆开1例,后经手术再固定后治愈;发生下肢切口感染2例,经抗感染、换药治疗后治愈;无胸部切口感染、前臂缺血或运动障碍、骨筋膜室综合征发生;随访6~36个月,冠状动脉造影或64排CT血管造影显示乳内动脉无闭塞,桡动脉闭塞1根(6.25%),大隐静脉闭塞120根(14.69%)。结论针对不同患者病变特点应用不同旁路材料是提高血管桥通畅率、保证手术效果的关键。
