摘要
商业建筑的成与败主要取决于商业建筑自身对人的吸引程度,即是否能留住人、是否能刺激人的消费欲望。通过商业建筑的整体空间规划、合理的动线组织,营造人性化的购物环境、准确把控消费者的购物心理,是创造并提升商业价值的关键。文章结合上海中冶祥腾城市广场设计实例,结合商业建筑的整体规划与人流动线系统规划设计关键点的研究分析,来指导商业建筑的方案设计,以期最大限度的创造购物中心的商业价值。
Thesuccess and failure of Commercial building depends primarily on commercial building' s degree of attracting, in other words, whether it can attract people and stimulate people's consumption desire is quite important. Planning the commercial building overall space, using a line organization reasonably ,creating personalized shopping environment, and controlling the consumer shopping psychology accurately is the key to create and enhance business value. In order to discuss this theme, Shanghai ZhongyeXiangtengCity Square design as an example. This paper combines with the key points of commercial construction overall plan and passenger flow line system planning and design to research and guide the design of commercial buildings.We will do our best and be committed to create the maximize business value of the shopping center.
