本文研究的重点在于共性和普适性的提取,而非各酒店管理公司或针对各规模、区位酒店设计要求的差异性比较。旨在通过对于数个酒店图纸的研究分析及对比总结,得出现阶段城市酒店建筑设计的一般规律,含酒店最基本的功能设置要求,面积比例,各功能区域的尺度及单元大小,前区及后勤配套的基本要求及种类,并结合各酒店管理公司的品牌导则及中华人民共和国五星级酒店设计标准,提炼出能指导酒店设计的共性准则。

This paper is focused on the extraction of generality and universality, rather than a hotel management companies or for each size and location compared the difference of the hotel design requirements. tt aims to conclude the city hotel building design general rule that include the mast basic feature set requirements, area ratio, scale and the size of the unit of each functional area district and logistics supporting basic requirements and types, through the research analysis and comparison of several hotel drawing summary and combine with the guide for the brand of hotel management company and the five-star hotel design standard of the People＇s Republic of China., which can direct the commonness of hotel design standards.
