摘要
采用金相显微镜观察了高碳高锰钢在不同加热温度处理后的金相组织,确定了它的始锻、终锻温度。研究结果表明,高碳高锰钢的始锻温度为1150~1200℃,终锻温度为960℃。经过锻造后,其晶粒尺寸约为47μm,比锻造前的184μm减小了74%。
The optical microstructure of high-carbon and high manganese steel after treatment at different heating temperatures was investigated by OM. Its initial forging and finish forging temperatures were ascertained. The results show that the initial forging temperature of the steel is 1150-1200 ℃, and finish forging temperature is 960 ℃. The grain size of high-carbon and high manganese steel after forging is about 47μm, which is reduced 74 % in contrast with the grain size of 184 pμm size before forging.
