摘要
针对目前三辊轧机变形数学模型精度差的问题,使用数学解析法,得到了弧—圆三角孔型系统变形区参数的数学模型,包括接触弧长、接触宽度、接触面积、压下量以及轧后轧件尺寸参数。以TC4钛合金Ф19mm棒材为例进行了孔型设计,验证了所推导的数学模型。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of current mathematic model in deformation region on three-roll mill, a new mathematic model for arc-round triangle sequence pass system in deformation region was established with mathematic analytical method, including arc length of the contact field, width of the contact field, area of the contact field, rolling reduction,and sizes of work piece after rolling. Taking Ф19 mm TC4 titanium alloy bar as an example, the pass design was carried out and the deduced mathematic model was verified.
