摘要
管材缩径旋压是管材加工的一种较好方法。基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件,建立了缩径旋压的有限元模型。选取优化参数,对铝合金管件缩径旋压成形过程进行了数值模拟;分析了旋压过程中等效应力、应变以及旋压力的变化规律,并对结果进行了总结。
The necking spinning is a good method of processing the pipes. The finite element model for necking spinning was built based on DEFORM-3D. Choosing the optimum parameters, the spinning process of the aluminum alloy tube was numerically simulated. The distribution of equivalent stress, strain and spinning force in the spinning forming were analyzed, and the results were summarized.
