摘要
焊接变形是焊接结构件制造过程中最常见的问题之一。在焊接生产过程中可以通过选择合理的焊接顺序,采取合适的焊接工艺参数和焊接方向、良好的装配质量、预加反变形等措施来减少焊接变形,同时也可以大大减少焊接内应力,降低了调修难度,提高生产效率,获得焊接质量优异的产品。
Welding distortion is normal problem in welding parts manufacture. The welding distortion is effectively controlled by technical measures, such as used adjusting welding sequence, optimized welding technology parameter and welding direction. The assembling quality and designed rational backward deformation were enhanced. The welding stress decreases, the difficulty of the adjusting reduces, the production efficiency improves, and then the high quality production can be obtained.
