摘要
目前,大同煤矿集团公司采煤工作由"两硬"侏罗系煤层向地质条件复杂,且顶板、底板煤质较软的石炭二叠系煤层过渡,对液压支架的适用条件有了不同的要求。介绍了在侏罗纪煤田使用效果较好的ZF7500/22/35型放顶煤液压支架的技术改造过程,为今后石炭二叠系煤层使用的液压支架的改造及设计提供了参考依据。
At present, the different requests of the hydraulic support are requested in the transiting process of transiting from "two-hardly" Jurassic coal seam to Carboniferous-permian coal where the geology conditions are complicated and the roof and the foot seam are pretty soft in the Datong Coal Mine Group. This paper introduces the developing process on ZF7500/22/35 top caving coal hydraulic support which has good effect on Jurassic coal. What's more, it has provided reference frame for the development and design of the hydraulic support for the Carboniferous- permian coal seam.
