摘要
参照ASTM D 3884-2009标准测试原理,应用Taber耐磨试验机对软面皮革、人造革、合成革、超纤革和纺织品等常用鞋面材料的耐磨性能进行了测试与分析。针对砂轮型号和负荷,进行测试条件的优化试验。结果显示:软面皮革宜采用CS17的砂轮和1000g的负荷进行试验,人造革、合成革与纺织品宜采用H18的砂轮和500g的负荷进行试验,超纤革宜采用H18的砂轮和1000g的负荷进行试验。
According to the principle of standard ASTM D 3884-2009, the abrasion resistance of shoes upper materials in common use of leather, artificial leather, synthetic leather, super fibrous leather and textile were tested with Taber abrader instrument and the results were analyzed. The recommended types of testing wheel and the matching load refer to different materials were obtained. It showed that the leather should choose the grinding wheel of CS17 and load of 1000g when it was tested, the artificial leather, synthetic leather and textile should choose the grinding wheel of H 18 and load of 500g when they were tested, the super fibrous leather should choose the grinding wheel of H 18 and load of 1000g when it was tested.
