摘要
目的:观察大株红景天注射液对冠心病心肌缺血的临床疗效及血流变的影响。方法:不稳定心绞痛的住院患者83例,随机分为治疗组(n=42)和对照组(n=41),对照组给予拜阿司匹林、他汀等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加大株红景天注射液10 ml/L,qd,疗程10 d,观察疗效、血流变及心电图的变化。结果:治疗组心肌缺血疗效和心电图改变明显改善(P<0.05),血流变学指标明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液能明显改善临床疗效、血流变学和心电图指标,是治疗冠心病心绞痛的一种有效药物。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of sofren injection on coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia and changes in blood flow. Methods： Hospitalized 83 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group （n =42） and control group （n = 41 ） , the control group was given Aspirin, statins and other conventional treatment, Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy to increase sofren injection lO ml/L, qd, course of 10 days,and observe the effect and changes in blood flow and electrocardiogram changes. Results： Myocardial ischemic efficacy and ECG changes in treatment group improved significantly （P 〈 0.05） , blood rheology parameters were significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： sofren injection significantly improve the role of blood rheology and clinical efficacy and ECG indicators, which is the effective drug for treatment of angina pectoris.
