右心缘弧形重叠影的数字化成像技术诊断分析

摘要 目的探讨数字化成像技术(DR)图像右心缘弧形重叠影显示率、X线表现及形成原因,以期提高对其的认识。方法在图像存储与传输系统(PACS)内调阅5 000例胸部DR图像,统计右心缘弧形重叠影显示率,观察右心缘弧形重叠影形态、位置等影像表现。结果5 000例胸部DR图像中229例显示右心缘弧形重叠影,显示率4.60%;男、女性别组及4个年龄组显示率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。229例图像共显示"弧形"231个:位于右心缘上部共183例,其中182例呈反"D"形,1例呈分叶状;位于右心缘下部共48例,其中46例呈反"D"形,1例呈结节状,1例呈梭形。结论正常生理结构形成右心缘弧形重叠影的X线表现具有一定特征性,其形态位置等表现有助于判断正常或病变。 Objective To investigate the display rate, X-ray findings and formations of arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin in chest DR image, so that to improve the knowledge of the sign. Methods The chest DR images of 5 000 patients were studied in PACS to account the display rate of arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin. Analyzed the imaging manifestations of arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin, such as shape and position. Results In 5 000 chest DR images, arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin was found in 229 cases, with a display rate of 4.60%. Male, female group and the four age groups, there were no significant differences between them (P〉0.05). Two hundred and thirty-one arch shadows on right cardiac margins were found by chest DR in 229 patients: located in the upper part of right heart margin with a total of 183 cases, including 182 cases showed anti-"D"-shaped, 1 case showed lobulated. Located in the lower part of right heart margin with a total of 48 cases, in- cluding 46 cases showed anti-"D"-shaped, 1 case showed nodosity, 1 case showed clostridial form. Conclusion X- ray findings of normal physical structure forming arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin are of certain characteristics. Shape and position of arch overlapping shadow on fight heart margin may contribute to the judgement of normal or disorders.
