旅游服务质量评价研究——基于北京旅游服务质量评价的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 旅游服务质量是旅游业发展的核心要素之一,而服务质量评价一直是比较难以测度和考核的,本文以北京市旅游为例,通过建立排序离散选择模型,利用2007-2010年的来京游客调查数据,分析交通、住宿、餐饮、娱乐、购物、导游、通讯等七项旅游服务对旅游总体服务质量的影响方式和影响程度,指出餐饮、交通和购物是北京旅游服务中的短板,而娱乐和通讯相对较好。在此基础上,本文从旅游质量评价的需求侧经济分析入手,研究影响旅游质量评价的主要影响因素,并针对实证分析结果,提出有针对性的政策建议:一是将旅游服务建设走在消费者预期之前。二是构建多元文化产品体系,增进文化融合和认同。三是进一步提高旅游活动的便利性,加强旅游产业与相关产业的配套衔接。
