摘要
对高速点阵式大字符喷码系统进行了研究,根据钢管生产中喷码机的控制要求,重点研究了直径大小控制方法及喷印点阵字符大小连续可调的实现方法,喷嘴开关阀频率响应,阀口开启量的确定等几个设计喷码系统的关键问题,为高速点阵式喷码系统的研发制造提供了理论基础。试验证明,以此设计的高速点阵式喷码系统,性能稳定、速度快、精度高,很好的满足了工业现场钢管在线标识的要求。
High-speed dot-matrix ink-jet system is studied. According to the control requirements of ink-jet printer in steel production, the key problems are discussed in detail such as the diameter size control method and jet print dot matrix characters size method, nozzle switching valve frequency response and the confirmation valve port opening size. It provided the theoretical basis for researching and producing the high-speed dot-matrix ink-jet system. Tests show that the high-speed dot-matrix printing system could meet the requirements of steel pipe identification online in industrial site, for its stable performance, high speed and high precision.
