吸烟对正常男性和弱精子症男性精子DNA完整性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨吸烟对正常男性和弱精子症男性精子DNA完整性的影响。方法采用病例-对照配对法,通过染色质扩散法测定了重度吸烟和从不吸烟的164例正常男性和120例弱精子症男性的精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)。结果重度吸烟者相比非吸烟者DFI显著升高(P<0.01),其值分别为17.8和14.6。弱精子症患者与正常男性相比DFI显著升高(P<0.001),其值分别为19.2和14.9。在正常精子男性中,重度吸烟者比非吸烟者DFI显著升高(P<0.05),而在弱精子症患者中,重度吸烟者也比非吸烟者的DFI显著升高(P<0.05)。结论弱精子症患者比正常男性的DNA完整性降低。重度吸烟对于正常男性和弱精子症患者都是一个损伤DNA的危险因子。吸烟可能与其它病理因素共同影响精子的DNA完整性。 Objective: To investigate the impact of smoking on sperm DNA integrity in patients with normozoospermic and asthenozoospermic. Methods: This paired case-control study was conducted in heavy smoking or non-smoking patients including 164 normozoospermic and 120 asthenozoospermie patients. Sperm DNA integrity presented by the DNA fragmentation index(DFI)was assayed by sperm chromatin dispersion(SCD)method. Results: The DFI of heavy smokers was significantly higher than that of non-smokers(P〈0. 001), with values of 17.8 and 14.6 respectively. The asthenozoospermic patients had higher I)F1 compared to the normozoospermic patients (P 〈 0. 001), with values of 19.2 and 14.9 respectively. The heavy-smoking normozoospermic patients had significantly higher DFI than the non-smoking normozoospermic patients (P〈0.05). The heavy-smoking asthenozoospermic patients also had significantly higher DFI than non-smoking asthenozoospermic patients(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Asthenozoospermic patients have lower sperm DNA integrity than normozoospermic patients. Heavy smoking can impair sperm DNA integrity in both normozoospermic and astheznozoospermic patients. Smoking is a risk factor for sperm DNA integrity.
