摘要 代谢组学(metabonomics)在继基因组、转录组及蛋白质组之后产生,是一种新兴组学技术。由于其独特的优势,代谢组学蓬勃发展,现已广泛应用生命科学领域,主要包括在植物学、毒理学、药物开发以及临床诊断等方面。近几年,代谢组学应用最热门的领域是对临床疾病的诊断和药物药理及药物毒理的研究。利用代谢组学的方法对胚胎早期发育潜能进行研究是一个值得探讨的领域,本文系统综述代谢组学在胚胎潜能评估中的作用。 Metabonomics is an emerging subject after genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. Metabonomics has been applied in botany,toxicology, drug production and clinic diagnosis, which are the hot spots of life science. This review discusses the application of metabonomics in analysis of early embryo development potential.
