10-0缝线和8-0可吸收缝线对翼状胬肉切除术后眼部舒适度的影响

The effect of 10-0 suture and 8-0 absorbable suture for eye comfort after pterygium excision

目的探讨两种缝线对翼状胬肉术后眼部舒适度的影响。方法 50例翼状胬肉患者随机分成2组,每组25只眼,分别使用10-0非吸收缝线和8-0可吸收缝线缝合,观察术后3 d、7 d、1、3个月眼部舒适度。结果术后3 d、术后3个月2组眼部舒适度无明显差异,术后7 d、术后1个月10-0线组眼部舒适度高与8-0组,差异有统计学意义。结论翼状胬肉手术切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术中用10-0非吸收缝线固定结膜瓣,术后早期眼部舒适度优于8-0可吸收线。

Objective To investigate the effect of two sutures for eye comfort after ptetTgium excision. Methods 50 cases of pterygium were randomly divided into 2 groups, 25 eyes in each groupw respectively, using the 104） non-ab- sorbable suture in one group and 84） absorbable suture in another, eye comfort was observed at 3-day, 7-day, 1-month, 3- month after surgery. Results Eye comfort had no significant difference betwene the 2 groups in 3-day and 3 - month post- operafivdy. Eye comfort was high in 104） suture group compared with the 8-0 suture group at 7-day, 1-month postoperative- ly. The difference was statistically significant. Condusion Compared with 8-0 absorbable suture fixing conjuncfival flap in pteryglum excision,eye comfort was better in the group that used 104） non-absorbable suture at early postoperative.
