摘要 Vogt-小柳原田综合征又称特发性葡萄膜大脑炎,是一种以攻击黑色素细胞为主的疾病,可累及眼、耳、脑膜、皮肤等多个器官和系统。其发病机制尚不完全确切,目前研究多倾向于认为其是在遗传背景下的一种自身免疫性疾病。本文就近年来有关Vogt-小柳原田综合征的发病机制及治疗等研究的进展作一综述。 Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome {VKHS）, also known as uveoencephalitis, attacks melanocytes in eye, ears meningeal and skin. The pathogenesis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome is not clear. It is believed to be an au- toimmune disease with genetic disarrangement. This article reviews recent studies on pathogenesis and treatments of VKI-IS.
