摘要
杭长客专线路全长927km,设计时速350km/h,采用CRTS II型板式无砟轨道。轨道施工时存在钢板连接器焊接挠度大,剪力齿槽空间狭小、施工质量要求高,底板混凝土施工质量和表面平整度要求高等特点。通过对杭长客运专线CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道底座板的施工工艺和施工方法进行研究和探索,形成了一套适用的施工方法。采用此方法进行施工,无砟轨道底座板混凝土内在质量、外观平整度和光洁度均满足设计要求。
Hangzhou-Changsha passenger dedicated line is total length of 927km,and the designed speed is 350km/h.CRTSⅡslab ballastless track is adopted in this high-speed highway.During construction of this kind of track,the welding deflection of steel slab connector is large,the requirement on construction quality of shear cogging in narrow space is high,and construction quality and surface evenness of base slab is high level.By researching and exploring the construction method of base slab of CRTS Ⅱslab ballastless track in this high-speed highway,a set of construction method is formed.The inner quality and the surface evenness and finish all satisfy the design requirement.
