Causes Analysis and Prevention Measures on Concrete Crack in Some Sluice

通过对该泄水闸闸坝段混凝土裂缝进行调查分析,裂缝产生的成因主要是基础约束、水泥早期水化热大、空气降温等,采取布骑缝钢筋、嵌缝充填微膨胀环氧砂浆等措施进行处理,对裂缝的后期发展进行跟踪观察,提出了有针对性的防治措施。

By investment and analysis on concrete cracks in some sluice,the authors found that the causes of crack are the restraint of foundation,the big early heat of hydration of cement and the low air temperature etc.The cracks are treated by setting crossing-crack steel bar,filling micro-expansive mortar in the cracks etc.to attain good effect.By tracking the cracks development,some prevention measures are put forward.
