Reform of Government Institutions Promotes the Realization of Chinese Dream

政府机构改革作为转变政府职能、协调部门运作、提高服务效率的必经之举,自1982年以来已走过30多年历程,刚刚进行的这轮大部制改革,则是在新一代中央领导层提出的"中国梦"背景下稳步展开的。文章从政府机构改革的视角,以中国梦的实现为导向,探讨如何以严谨务实的原则和科学法治的精神推进政府机构改革。

As the transformation of government functions and coordination department operations, the reform of government institutions is necessary to improve service efficiency. Since 1982, it has gone through 30 years, now the Super-Ministry system is in the background of the new generation of central leadership putting forward the realization of ＂Chinese Dream＂. In this paper, from the perspective of the reform of government institutions, it is the dream-oriented and talks about how the pragmatic principles and science spirit promote the reform of government institutions.
