行政法视野下的政府公信力问题研究

Research on the Government Credibility under Administrative Law

政府信用是整个社会信用体系的基础。政府信用被公众评价的结果就是政府公信力,而政府公信力的高低直接影响政府的合法性和政府行为的可接受性。由于我国处于社会转型期,政府公信力在一定程度上出现了弱化现象和差序政府信任现象。基于此,需要对我国公信力的有关问题进行理性分析。文章从法律的角度对政府公信力有关问题进行了研究,在对政府公信力基本理论进行阐述的基础上,探讨了提升政府公信力的有效路径。

Government eredit is the basis of the whole social credit system. The result that the public evaluates government credit is government credibility, and government credibility directly affect the legitimaey of the government and the aeeeptability of the government actions. Because China is a society in transition, government credibility to some extent is weakening and causes the phenomenon of hierarchical trust in government. So, a rational analysis about government eredibility is necessary. From a law point of view on the credibility of the government, based on the interpretation of the relevant theory of Government credibility, probing the ways to upgrading Government eredibility is a great significance for promoting the credibility of the government building.
