云南省阳光政府建设中存在的问题及其对策研究

云南省各级政府为贯彻"十八大"提出的"行政规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效"建设优质政府的精神,开始推行阳光政府建设。文章阐述了云南省阳光政府建设中存在的问题并提出应对之策,这对推进云南省阳光政府建设具有重要的理论和现实指导意义。

In order to act in the spirit of the conference that the 18th Party Congress put forward ＂normative administration, coordinated operation, fair and transparent, clean and efficient＂, the governments at different levels in Yunnan Province have started to construct Sunlight Government. Thus, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the research on the problems and countermeasures of the construction of Sunlight Government in Yunnan Province to improve its construction of Sunlight Government.
