带线锚钉在尺骨冠状突骨折治疗中的应用体会 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨带线锚钉在尺骨冠状突骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法对2009年6月至2011年6月经肘前路采用带线锚钉固定尺骨冠状突骨折并修补韧带及关节囊的10例患者进行分析。其中男4例,女6例;年龄19~58岁。按Regan-Morrey分型,Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型6例,Ⅲ型1例。结果本组10例患者,随访时间9~24个月。采用Morrey肘关节功能评定标准评定,优7例,良3例,均无严重并发症发生。结论使用带线锚钉治疗尺骨冠状突骨折可以良好的复位骨折端,修补侧副韧带及关节囊,肘关节稳定性恢复良好。
