From a synchronic perspective,Vampilov was not accepted by the people of his time because he represented the actual conflict and the convincing protagonists in the contempo- rary Soviets＇ life,which is the result of Chekhov style in his works. From a diachronic perspec- tive, the reason for which Vampilov is not popular is that his works have rarely played on stage, which is the result of the Aesop type narration and Chekhove style in his works.
