摘要
关中地区帝陵大遗址密布,在新形势下面临着保护与开发的两难困境,因此必须要从根本上加以保护:一要将保护与地方经济社会发展相结合;二是开发必须以保护为基础,不能本末倒置。只有做到以上两方面,才能走出一条现代化与大遗址保护并行不悖的两全之路。
There are many great ruins of Mausoleum in Guanzhong region but they are fa- cing the problem of protection and economic use. It is argued that the economic use should consider protection where protection is foundation. It is the only way to realize the purpose of pro- tection and use of the great ruins.
